Fresh Lion's mane mushrooms

Lion's mane is a delicious gourmet edible mushroom. It has a meaty texture that some say resembles crab or lobster and a savoury mushroomy taste. It can be prepared in a number of ways, torn up into peices or sliced into steaks, we like it best pan fried with butter and garlic or crispy coated to be made into Devonshire southern fried lion's mane.

We pick our mushrooms and dispatch them on the same day for maximium freshness, once they arrive we still suggest you cook them as soon as possible.
